Freight Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the freight forwarding industry, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus
