Freight Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert knowledge of our freight forwarding services to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
