Job Title: B2B Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing existing client relationships, maximizing business potential, and calculating Air, Road, and Sea freight quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Calculate and provide accurate freight quotations to clients
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients
  • Support the sales team in their sales efforts and contribute to the achievement of team goals
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to calculate and provide accurate freight quotations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
