About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Charity Hub team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will provide a friendly and welcoming service to supporters, staff, patients, and visitors, while also providing general clerical and administrative support to the Charity.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality reception service, responding to queries and providing information to visitors and callers.
  • Manage the Charity Hub's activities, including promoting the Charity and developing new initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Charity team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Deal with all queries, whether charity- or hospital-related.
  • Travel across all 5 sites, staffing charity pop-up stalls and providing support as needed.
