We have an opportunity available for a part time Volunteer Co-ordinator (£11.65 per hour) to join the team at our Derby City Dementia Support Service based in Derby West Business Centre, Ashbourne Road, Derby DE22 4NB.

**Responsibilities**:
As Volunteer Coordinator you will be responsible for the management and training of a team of volunteers and will work in partnership with other health professionals and community services to promote the volunteer service, which is responsive to the needs of the individual and the local area.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role and a level 2 Diploma in health and social care or equivelant/or willingness to work towards, would be an advantage.
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role.
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
