Bank Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bank Support Worker to work as part of our Derby Supported Housing Service.

The service comprises of three elements: long-term and short-term accommodation, and tenancy support. The long-term housing service has 6 self-contained flats at our site in Derby City. The site includes a large Communal Area. Tenants receive up to 10 hours support per week depending on need. This is available weekdays 9am-5pm.This short-term supported housing has 6 properties providing up to 18 months support to people with a mental health and homeless background. Our Tenancy Support helps individuals in their own homes and runs weekdays 9am
- 5pm. 10 hours of support, depending on need, are provided per person and covers Derby City.
**How you will make a difference**
As a BANK Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
