New Spring Lodge looking for an Bank Support worker to join our lovely team.

**Salary - £11.44**

**Job Types: Full time/part time**

**shift Pattern 8am-8pm**

**days /nights/ mix of both**

**Hours available**

New Spring Lodge provides residential care and supports adults with mental health Diagnosis. You would be working alongside the experienced Registered Manager and our team of support workers to ensure the smooth and safe running of the service.

Main duties of the role:
- 1. Ensure that service user rights are protected.

2. Complete all daily records, incidents logs and all paperwork.

3. To Report any concerns regarding the individuals you care for daily.

4. Report any health and safety issues.

5. Work in cooperation with members of multi-disciplinary health teams so as to maximise opportunities for service user therapeutic care.

6. if applicable, assist in the administration of medication.

7. Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times and Continual Personal Development to develop oneself and the role.

8. In addition to these tasks, employees may at times be asked to carry out other reasonable duties as required by the service.

9. Provide emotional and practical support to the service users

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Support Environment: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
- Transferable DBS (required)
