**About Us**:
Classroom Recruiters specializes in connecting compassionate individuals with fulfilling roles within children's residential schools/ homes in the Derby area. We collaborate with various sites, all dedicated to offering exceptional care to children with diverse needs, including Autism, non-verbal communication challenges, and other special requirements.
**The Role**:
As a Bank Children's Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis across our partnered residential homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing care and support to children aged 10 to 18 in a nurturing environment.
- Assisting with daily activities and routines.
- Offering emotional support and fostering a safe, supportive atmosphere where children can thrive.

**About the Children's Homes We Work With**:
Our partnered children's homes support a wide range of needs, including Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Difficulties (SEBD) and those with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP). Each home is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where children can grow and develop. As a Bank Children's Support Worker, you will work across different homes, gaining valuable experience and making a significant impact on the lives of children in need.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
This position does not require formal qualifications, but we support your professional development. While additional qualifications related to the role are advantageous, we provide training and development opportunities. Whether you are new to the care sector or have previous experience, we welcome individuals with a passion for making a difference.

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
