**Job Overview**:
12 month fixed term contract. The role holder is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the organization by assisting in the management of cash flow, monitoring financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily cash balances in accordance with strict deadlines.
- Diligently and accurately record and process bank transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts daily and weekly.
- Prepare both domestic and international payments and ensure the company authorisation process is strictly enforced and followed.
- Record, process and allocate customer receipts to the correct customer account and correct sales invoice.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve issues related to financial transactions or cash management.
- Help prepare documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Assist in implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required by management.
- Support treasury-related projects and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Assist with month-end close activities.
- Assist with general accounting activities.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with Company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

**Skills**:
Essential:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Great attention to detail and able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Desirable:

- Experience of financial systems and proficiency in handling spreadsheets
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
