The role of the apprentice administrator will entail business admin, customer and IT skills. **Duties**:

- Scanning and processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements and dealing with suppliers
- General Admin
- Liaising with Department Managers to get invoices authorised before payment
- Processing daily banking
- Dealing with incoming post and distributing as necessary.

**Are You / Have You?**
- Confident in speaking on the phone
- GCSE English Grade C minimum or equivalent
- Ability to handle objections and difficult situations
- Ability to work as a team as well as manage own time and daily activities
- An eye for detail
- MINIMUM - GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel
- Good communication skills / telephone manner

This role is an apprenticeship and the successful individual will study NVQ Level 2 Business Administration. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN APPRENTICESHIP WAGE FOR THE DURATION OF THE APPRENTICESHIP.
