Job Summary
Market Cross Surgery is seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our busy Reception Team. As the main point of contact for patients and visitors, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently communicating with patients and external agencies over the telephone. You will also maintain high levels of patient service and confidentiality at all times.

Main Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for patients and visitors attending the surgery
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with patients and external agencies over the telephone
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with all members of the Practice Team
• Maintain high levels of patient service and confidentiality at all times

Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work flexibly and provide cover for staff holidays and sickness
• Experience of working in a healthcare setting is desirable
