About the Role
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
