Job Purpose and Scope

To work as part of the Financial Accounting Shared Service Centre (FA SSC), leading the Financial Reporting team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all relevant reporting for assigned companies, joint ventures, and branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting and finance responsibilities of the Reporting Team
  • Provide accurate, compliant, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to Group
  • Plan and prepare information required for quarterly and annual audits and manage the audit process with statutory auditors
Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Practice-trained background with good technical knowledge of IFRS and carrying out statutory audits
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team of accounting professionals
  • Proven planning and organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Team mindset
  • Ability to challenge existing ways of working and develop a pioneering culture
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude to challenges, and highly adaptable
Desirable Skills
