Finance Manager

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Part-Time Finance Manager to join our team at TN Recruits Ltd.
About the Role:- Cashflow Management: Ensure healthy cash flow and liquidity for the business.
- Credit Control: Monitor accounts receivable and manage overdue payments.
- Payroll: Run the monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in employee payments.
- Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial records.
- Expenses Management: Oversee expenses.
- Proactive & Flexible: You take initiative, solve problems, and can adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience in Finance Management: Prior experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role, preferably in an SME business.
- Xero (Desirable): Experience with or willingness to learn Xero accounting software.
- Flexibility: This is a part-time role - around 12 hours a week over 3 days.
