At Grandir UK, we are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our Elan Nursery team in Haywards Heath.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring that all children receive rich and stimulating experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Nursery Manager with effective day-to-day management of the nursery.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating and participating in staff training and professional development.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare practice.
  • Maintaining effective methods of communication with children, staff, parents, and carers.
