Job Summary:
Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Administrator to join their team. As a Graduate Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the team, assist with quotes, scheduling engineers, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with invoicing responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and archiving important documents.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll be collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
