We are seeking an experienced and professional Business Support Officer to join our supportive and friendly team at IT Bods Ltd. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting with compliance and regulatory matters, including checking client records and coordinating with internal teams.
- Managing office tasks, including handling mail, emails, and office supplies.
- Supporting human resources functions, such as recruitment, holiday planning, and maintaining employment records.
- Conducting bookkeeping activities, including managing the accounts inbox and processing expenses.
- Participating in various projects and operational development initiatives.
- Collaborating with other management team members to meet the needs of the team and the broader organization.
About You:
- You will be highly organized and proactive, with great attention to detail.
- You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You will have the ability to maintain an enthusiastic and consistently professional attitude.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Good academic performance up to at least A-level.
