Job Overview


We are looking for skilled professionals with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Datasphere, both in advisory and implementation roles.

This position is critical within our team, necessitating excellent client delivery capabilities and experience while fostering business development opportunities to enhance our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Process Lead, overseeing the execution of high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and implementation workstreams.
  • Offer specialized SAP guidance and collaborate closely with client leads to optimize processes and maximize SAP benefits.
  • Assist in business development and sales efforts, including support for bids and proposals with our SAP clientele.
  • Possess a functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA lines of business (modules) and their integration with other process areas.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in constructing Planning and Analytic models utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere.
  • Provide advice on the technical integration of SAP applications with other customer and third-party tools/applications.
  • Have experience with SAP in sectors such as manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, or retail.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed analytical abilities to clarify complex issues and synthesize extensive information.
  • Strong interpersonal, team-building, organizational, and motivational capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices.
  • Experience in SAP system design, build, and deployment, with a preference for four full lifecycle implementations.
  • Proficient in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Experience in producing project deliverables such as business requirements, functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Detailed understanding of how processes are enabled within SAP.
  • Experience in facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into design.
  • Ability to cultivate strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp technology swiftly through instruction.
  • Proven capability to collaborate and build strong relationships with diverse team members.
  • Strong functional knowledge of at least one SAP module.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Business Qualification.
  • Associate SAP Certification pertinent to the domain area (SAC, Datasphere, Finance, Sourcing & Procurement (MM), Sales (S&D), Production Planning, IBP, EWM, etc.).
