About the Role
The Fieldglass Solution Partner Advisor - Senior is a critical role within SAP, responsible for ensuring that partners are equipped and ready to do business with SAP Fieldglass. This includes due diligence, contracting frameworks, enablement, certification, and ongoing governance. The successful candidate will establish KPI objectives with partners to measure success and interact with other members of the Value Advisory Team (VAT) to ensure a consistent approach is followed and synergies are identified and taken advantage of.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner Enablement
Ensure partners are equipped and ready to do business with SAP Fieldglass, including due diligence, contracting frameworks, enablement, certification, and ongoing governance.
- Commercial Drivers
Understand the commercial drivers for partners and ensure these drivers are reflected in a GTM (Go-to-Market) plan for Fieldglass. Contribute and validate high-quality business plans that clearly articulate the Fieldglass strategy, GTM activities, and key execution steps.
- Demand Generation
Construct and implement targeted Fieldglass demand generation plans based on each partner's needs. Help develop comprehensive strategies to engage partners in areas such as business development, packaged solution development, and solution cross-selling. Lead the execution of groundwork to make demand generation activities successful. Set clear objectives to measure success for each demand generation activity.
- Lead Generation
Work with the SAP Sales team to provide qualified leads from demand generation activities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and a demonstrated expertise in Fieldglass. SAP product experience and/or 5-8 years of prior relevant External Workforce experience are required. Working knowledge of Cloud in the B2B environment, cloud-based commerce/business networks, and fluency in English are also essential. Fluency in the language of local markets is desirable.
Education
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required, and an MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited university is preferred.
