Job Title: Fieldglass Solution Partner Advisor - Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fieldglass Solution Partner Advisor - Senior to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our partners are equipped and ready to do business with SAP Fieldglass.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure partners are equipped and ready to do business with SAP Fieldglass, including due diligence, contracting frameworks, enablement, certification, and ongoing governance.
  2. Understand commercial drivers for partners and ensure these drivers are reflected in GTM plans for Fieldglass; contribute and validate high-quality business plans that clearly articulate the Fieldglass strategy, GTM activities, and key execution steps.
  3. Construct and implement targeted Fieldglass demand generation plans based on each partner's needs; help develop comprehensive strategies to engage partners in areas such as business development, packaged solution development, and solution cross-selling.
  4. Work with SAP sales teams to provide qualified leads from demand generation activities.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and a demonstrated expertise of Fieldglass (e.g., through Solution Management, Partner Management, Consulting, or Business Development roles).
  • SAP product experience and/or 5-8 years prior relevant External Workforce experience.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud in the B2B environment.
  • Working knowledge of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/PaaS models, cloud-based commerce/business networks.
  • Viewed as a Fieldglass expert across SAP, capable of leveraging an extensive network on behalf of SAP resulting in pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of success in the selected External Workforce area.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Fluency in English, any other language an asset.
  • Fluency in the language of local markets desirable.
Education:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred from an accredited university.
