About the Role

SAP is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Advisory Expert to join our team in the newly built board organization SAP Customer Services & Delivery. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our key customers by guiding them through their SAP transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic enterprise architecture models that support established enterprise goals.
  • Guide key SAP clients in the NA region on their SAP transformation journey, particularly those initiating a RISE with SAP transition.
  • Comprehend existing Enterprise Architecture and guide clients towards a North Star target architecture state.
  • Utilize reliable and proven Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks to support this approach.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of work experience in a customer experience role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect).
  • Profound work experience as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Proven experience delivering Enterprise Business Transformation through Application delivery.
  • Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
  • Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles as well as the usage of SAP LeanIX & Signavio as tools to document Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
  • Industry-specific knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Consumer Goods, Retail, Discrete Manufacturing, Process & Life Science Industries, Utilities, Oil and Gas, Professional Services, Public Sector, etc.
  • Professional Training & Certification (e.g., SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework featured by LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect [P_SAPEA_2023], TOGAF) as a plus.
  • S/4HANA Application or/and SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge/experience would be a great benefit.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at the senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.
