Store Operations Manager

Job Title: Store Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Manage and oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability in all daily operations.
- Human Resources: Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and firing responsibilities.
- Team Management: Ensure the team is motivated and working together effectively.
- Administration: Undertake store administration duties, setting sales quotas and KPIs, performance management, and managing sales and financial reports.
- Communication: Liaise and work with various departments, including HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing.
- Compliance: Protect employees and customers by ensuring regulatory policies and daily guidelines are strictly followed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
- Rota Management: Schedule and manage the rota, ensuring adequate manpower.
- Quality Standards: Ensure quality standards in customer service and health and safety are maintained.
- Store Reputation: Maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
- Team Development: Develop a passionate working environment and help team members grow and improve.
- Team Performance: Build, develop, and maintain a high-performing team.
- Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Training and Education: Train and educate team members on making drink processes and policies.
- Content Creation: Manage and create content for social media platforms.
- Additional Tasks: Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced food or beverage industry.
- Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Attitude: An energetic person with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' mindset.
- Leadership and Customer Management: Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to Learn: Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team.
