BUBBLE CI is a leading bubble tea brand seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Store Operations
- Manage and oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and firing responsibilities
- Ensure the team is motivated and working together
- Undertake store administration duties, setting sales quotas and KPIs, performance management, and managing sales and financial reports
- Liaise and work with various departments, including HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing
- Protect employees and customers by ensuring compliance with company regulatory policies and daily guidelines
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items
- Scheduling and Team Management
- Schedule and manage the rota to ensure adequate manpower
- Quality and Safety
- Ensure quality standards in customer service and health and safety are maintained
- Team Development
- Develop a passionate working environment and help team members grow and improve

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced food or beverage industry
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- An energetic person with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' mindset
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team
