Job Summary

BUBBLE CI is a leading bubble tea brand seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Store Operations
    • Manage and oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
    • Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and firing responsibilities
    • Ensure the team is motivated and working together
    • Undertake store administration duties, setting sales quotas and KPIs, performance management, and managing sales and financial reports
    • Liaise and work with various departments, including HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing
    • Protect employees and customers by ensuring compliance with company regulatory policies and daily guidelines
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor inventory levels and order new items
  • Scheduling and Team Management
    • Schedule and manage the rota to ensure adequate manpower
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure quality standards in customer service and health and safety are maintained
  • Team Development
    • Develop a passionate working environment and help team members grow and improve
    • Build, develop, and maintain a high-performing team
  • Communication
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Training and Development
    • Train and educate team members on drink-making processes and policies
  • Marketing and Social Media
    • Manage and create content for social media platforms

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced food or beverage industry
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • An energetic person with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' mindset
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team
