Job Summary:
Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our outdoor retail store in a busy tourist location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and store maintenance
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
