Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a key role that will contribute to the success of our stores and the growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and KPIs, driving sales through effective product knowledge, team management, and customer engagement.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience that builds loyalty and drives repeat business.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring compliance with procedures, managing inventory, stock, and cash handling, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and maintenance.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable)
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in fashion retail, with a proven track record of managing store teams and driving sales and customer service.
- Language Skills: Fluent English, level B2 (minimum)
- Skills: Strong team building and leadership skills, results-oriented, and analytical with excellent organizational skills.
