Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for enthusiastically transmitting the passion for our brand to the sales team and supporting the day-to-day running of store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and KPIs, driving sales through product knowledge and effective team management.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels and shares our brand identity.
  • Shop Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures, including inventory management, stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable).
  • Fashion retail experience, minimum two years.
  • Fluent English, level B2 (minimum).
  • Team building skills.
  • Results-oriented.
