Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Sales: You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and KPIs, developing action plans to engage the sales team and maintain a strong brand image throughout the sales process.
- Customer Experience: You will be responsible for creating a personalized and memorable experience for every customer, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
- Shop Operations: You will oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring compliance with procedures such as inventory management, stock control, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Requirements
- Education: A degree in Business Administration and Management is desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in fashion retail, with a proven track record of managing store teams and driving sales growth.
- Language: Fluent English, level B2 (minimum).
- Skills: Strong team building and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and drive results-oriented performance.
