Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in an exciting outdoor brand in a busy tourist location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and managing store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance and retail sales across the store
- Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
- Manage the store's key performance indicators (KPIs), including profit and loss, customer service, and product knowledge
- Keep the team's technical product knowledge up to date
- Report to the Area Manager
Requirements:
- Passion for the outdoors
- Retail experience at Supervisor, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager level
- Experience managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
- Track record of driving sales and performance
- Commercial awareness, including market trends and competitor analysis
