We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team at Knit. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects to see if they fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Uncover customer problems to create new business leads
  • Book next step demos for Account Executives (AEs) by helping to fix uncovered business problems
  • Use CRM and other tech stack to track your results and capture important information

Requirements:

  • Basic technical understanding
  • Ability to take on and retain important information
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum required competencies: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, Familiar with basic sales tech, Adaptable and reactive
