About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales Talent Pool at Redgate. As a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in our American market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect into new and existing accounts to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads to a high standard and develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of database change management and operations solutions
  • Partner with experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
  • Research and build new and existing accounts, including adding contacts and sending emails
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts

Requirements:

  • Interest in the SaaS or tech space
  • CRM experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via various channels
  • Desire to work in a collaborative and progressive environment
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
