Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Sales Talent Pool at Redgate. As a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in our American market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect into new and existing accounts to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads to a high standard and develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of database change management and operations solutions
- Partner with experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
- Research and build new and existing accounts, including adding contacts and sending emails
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
Requirements:
- Interest in the SaaS or tech space
- CRM experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal communications skills
- Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via various channels
- Desire to work in a collaborative and progressive environment
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
