About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Air Liquide UK Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within your assigned territory, focusing on growing new customer sales volume and pursuing prospective customers to gain new account business.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Branch staff to achieve company objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to optimize time spent at customer sites, ensuring efficient and satisfactory supply and service.
  • Sell and negotiate Energas products and services, adhering to company sales policies and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Define and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and referring any complaints to the Sales Manager as necessary.
  • Adhere to the current Safety, Health, and Environment policy, prioritizing the safety of staff and customers at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in selling in either a manufacturing or gas environment.
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
  • The ability to communicate effectively using written and verbal skills.
  • A full, clean driving license.
