About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our National Field Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving market share growth across a defined portfolio of stores, focusing on delivering 'model store' status and maximizing the visibility of our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive distribution and sales growth across our defined territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our brands and products.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and market share, working closely with our internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute in-store activation plans, ensuring our brands are prominently displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
