About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our National Field Sales Team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving market share growth across a defined portfolio of stores, focusing on delivering 'model store' status for AG Barr brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive distribution of AG Barr core brands, ensuring specific stores are stocking our 'must stock' lines and showcasing new product development.
  • Embed our energy portfolio and Focus 5 Brands, driving improved rate of sale and distribution on key energy and 500ml packs.
  • Deliver sales KPIs, including market share growth, scorecard improvement, new accounts opened, display, point of sale placement, and availability.
  • Build relationships with retailers, educating them on the Soft Drink category and supporting remerchandising efforts as needed.
  • Present brands via a prepared presentation, securing a commitment to purchase and ensuring excellent execution at the point of purchase.
