Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Organize and execute specialized projects to drive customer engagement and qualify new accounts.
- Establish and extract value for Altium, uncovering new customers through the application of our products to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and technical team members to meet and exceed team objectives.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities in Altium's Salesforce Customer Relationship Management database.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of Altium products and technologies, competitive products, and industry trends.
- Develop new lead opportunities by collecting information on business pains/needs, timelines, authority, and project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a computer/electrical engineering or related technical field.
- Fluent in English.
- A minimum of 2+ years of inside sales experience in Software Sales is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of PCB or embedded software is highly preferred.
- Outstanding organization and time management skills are a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Be a self-motivated, thorough, passionate, articulate team player with a positive attitude.
