Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our client's showroom in Cambridge.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will also have a strong understanding of the local market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of £52,000 (uncapped OTE) and a range of benefits, including a generous basic salary of £20,000 rising to £23,000 when brand accreditation is obtained. You will also enjoy flexible working hours, including Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm (day off in lieu), Saturdays 8:30am - 5pm and 1 in 3 Sundays 10am - 4pm.
