Your Role

As a Sales Executive at Marshall Motor Group, you will play a crucial part in providing an exceptional customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they receive good outcomes from every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service as the face of both Marshall and the vehicle brand
  • Guide customers through their purchase, fully exploring and satisfying their needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras
  • Achieve individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs
  • Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates
