Job Title: People Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Administrator to join our dynamic People and Talent HR Team at DPDgroup. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and issuance of employment contracts for new hires and existing employees
- Process maternity and paternity leave notifications, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Manage HR and Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry and processing
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate IT equipment and benefits requests
- Process reference requests and maintain accurate records
- Update and maintain HR databases and intranet
- Produce regular reports to support business decision-making
Requirements:
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation
- Good computer literacy, with proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
