Job Title: People Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Administrator to join our dynamic People and Talent HR Team at DPDgroup. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and issuance of employment contracts for new hires and existing employees
  • Process maternity and paternity leave notifications, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Manage HR and Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry and processing
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate IT equipment and benefits requests
  • Process reference requests and maintain accurate records
  • Update and maintain HR databases and intranet
  • Produce regular reports to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High levels of resilience and self-motivation
  • Good computer literacy, with proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
