About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic People and Talent HR Team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and issuance of employment contracts, maternity and paternity letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Manage HR and Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate IT equipment and benefits for employees.
  • Process reference requests and maintain HR databases and intranet.
  • Produce reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment or HR processes and practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
  • High levels of resilience and self-motivation.
  • Good computer literacy in G Suite/Microsoft Office.
