We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic People and Talent HR Team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation and issuance of employment contracts for new hires and internal employees
- Process maternity and paternity leave notifications, and ensure compliance with relevant policies
- Manage HR and Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data processing
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate IT equipment and benefits requests
- Process reference requests and maintain accurate records
- Update and maintain HR databases and intranet
- Produce regular reports to support business decision-making
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation
- Good computer literacy, with proficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office
