About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic People and Talent HR Team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and issuance of employment contracts for new hires and internal employees
  • Process maternity and paternity leave notifications, and ensure compliance with relevant policies
  • Manage HR and Payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data processing
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate IT equipment and benefits requests
  • Process reference requests and maintain accurate records
  • Update and maintain HR databases and intranet
  • Produce regular reports to support business decision-making
Requirements
  • Strong administration and communication skills
