Commercial Sales Leader – Technology / Digital Recruitment - Competitive Base Salary + Performance Incentives

Higher Group, a well-established recruitment organization with a robust team, is seeking a Commercial Sales Leader to enhance their London operations.

Following remarkable expansion through various strategies, you will be instrumental in driving further growth, with a goal to double headcount and triple net fee income over the next three years.

Your responsibilities will encompass both new business development and nurturing existing client relationships. You will focus on maximizing value through upselling and cross-selling across the diverse range of services offered by the group.

With a solid presence in the Technology and Digital sectors, you will be promoting the organization’s services, which include contingent recruitment (permanent and temporary), retained and executive search, statement of work (SoW), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and embedded talent solutions.

At least 5 years of recruitment experience within the Technology and/or Digital sectors

Demonstrated success in leadership roles
