Job Title: Commercial Sales Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Leader to join our team at Brakes Food Shop. As a Commercial Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Professionals to drive growth and results through new and existing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 10 direct reports to deliver sales and high team performance
  • Develop and implement a geographical region business plan and budget to release profitable growth potential
  • Continual proactive issue resolution with Operations to enhance the customer first experience
  • Lead the new Business Agenda for the Region via Business Development Managers and Area Sales Managers
  • Ensure talent management and engagement throughout the region

Requirements:

Highly commercial, you will have previous experience of leading a team of Field Sales Professionals, driving growth and results, through both new and existing business, ideally in the foodservice industry. You will also need to be proficient with technology to improve the customer and optimise performance.
