Job Title: Client Support Administrator

Ashberry Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of a portfolio of policies for corporate and individual clients
  • Provide support by being the first point of contact for answering phone lines and responding to client queries
  • Maintain the firm's bespoke customer database, ArchAngel, at all times
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses to client queries and maintain accurate records for audit trail purposes
  • Provide administrative support to Client Support Advisers and Independent Insurance Consultants
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Responsible for franking all outgoing mail and taking mail to a post box each day
  • Check that all documentation received from insurers is accurate
  • Ensure that your allocated task list is always up to date, complying with the firm's SLAs
  • Ensure that all client information is treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act
  • Assist in maintaining good working relationships with insurance companies
  • Receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them
  • Perform any other ad hoc administration duties as required
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of using Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
