Publicity Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Publicity Coordinator to join our team at R&CPMK. As a key member of our Representation team, you will be responsible for coordinating publicity campaigns for our global talent roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain detailed schedules for clients and publicists, ensuring seamless coordination with film/television studios, brand teams, and other third parties.
  • Book and manage hair, makeup, and styling needs for clients and their press and event activities.
  • Monitor press breaks for clients, track online sentiment, and craft and maintain coverage reports.
  • Research press contacts and execute media outreach when required.
  • Maintain media databases and client press kits.
  • Provide administrative support, including setting up conference calls, meetings, and taking notes.
