About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Account Manager to join our team at Teleflex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative surgical products to healthcare professionals in the South Coast area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, theatre nursing staff, and procurement professionals.
  • Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and features of our surgical products.
  • Collect feedback from customers and provide insights to the sales team to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with procurement teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Attend marketing and internal training events to stay up-to-date with the latest product information and sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in surgical sales.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
