We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Account Manager to join our team at Teleflex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative surgical products to theatre-based staff, including surgeons, theatre nursing staff, and procurement professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, theatre nursing staff, and procurement professionals
- Provide product training and support to customers, including product demonstrations and technical support
- Collect and provide feedback on product portfolio to inform product development and improvement
- Manage contracts and negotiate with procurement teams
- Attend marketing and internal training events, both in the UK and occasionally overseas
We are looking for an individual with a strong clinical background, a solid understanding of laparoscopic surgery, and a passion for medical sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospital theatres and a proven track record of success in sales or a related field. They will be self-starting, eager to learn new skills, and comfortable working outside of their comfort zone.
