Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Account Manager to join our team at Teleflex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative surgical products to theatre-based staff, including surgeons, theatre nursing staff, and procurement professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons, theatre nursing staff, and procurement professionals
  • Provide product training and support to customers, including product demonstrations and technical support
  • Collect and provide feedback on product performance and customer needs
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with procurement teams
  • Attend marketing and internal training events, both in the UK and occasionally overseas
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a strong clinical background and a passion for selling medical devices into theatres. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a hospital theatre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Full training will be provided on our products, but the ideal candidate will be eager to learn and take on new challenges
