Teleflex Surgical Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teleflex Surgical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative surgical products to theatre-based staff, including surgeons, theatre nursing staff, and procurement professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the South Coast area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including surgeons and theatre nursing staff
  • Provide product training and support to customers, including demonstrations and hands-on training
  • Collect feedback from customers on our product portfolio and provide insights to the sales team
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with procurement teams

Requirements:

  • Strong clinical background and experience working in hospital theatres
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take calculated risks
