The Role
As a team member, your responsibilities will include supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and autism.
On a typical day, you will be engaged in the following activities;
Assisting with daily living tasks such as dressing, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. Participating in recreational activities, outings to the cinema, or vacations. Encouraging individuals to maintain independence within their homes and the surrounding community. Administering medications as necessary. Completing daily care documentation. Upholding safeguarding responsibilities to ensure the rights of adults to live safely and free from harm.The Person
