Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficient and profitable delivery of high-quality care to customers.
- Hold and maintain the necessary registrations and certifications for the branch, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of carers to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the commercial growth of the branch.
- Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met and policies are implemented effectively.
- Support staff and carers with their training and development, promoting a culture of excellence within the branch.
Requirements
- A level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to work towards achieving this qualification.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance.
- Experience of working within the care sector at management level.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
